What happened on november 30, 2018?

Brittany was last seen by family leaving her Grandma's house with an unidentified male in Sturgis, Michigan.  She borrowed her boyfriend's car in the afternoon to do laundry at Grandma's and arrived at the family home with a male who remained standoffish.  Brittany was only there for about an hour and a half before she and the male began quarreling.  According to her Grandma, the male was rushing Brittany.  He was so anxious to leave, that Brittany pulled her laundry from the dryer early and left with a basket of damp clothes. Five family members were present, but no one knew who the man was.

Not long after leaving her Grandma's house, Brittany and the unidentified male get into a minor car accident on the corner of Workman + Workman Road near Fawn River Road.  Police reports state that Brittany arrived at an elderly man's house shortly after the crash.  She was barefoot and without a coat.  Her feet and arms were scratched and bloody.  She asked to borrow the man's phone, stating that her boyfriend wrecked the car and she needed help.  The elderly man let Brittany borrow his cell phone, but unfortunately, cell service was bad and the calls to her grandmother's house would not connect.  Seeing that Brittany was severely underdressed for the frigid cold weather, the elderly man gave Brittany a sweatshirt to keep herself warm.  Once they realized the calls on the cell phone were not going through, John switched to the landline phone where he dialed 911.
